Should be 1.3.0 that was put in the Toolshed the 2023-12-11

There is a fly in the ointment: usegalxy.fr is currently running with the 1.3.0 version of Inetensity_check, that has been provided through the Main Toolshed on the 2023-12-11. However, there is no trace of this version on this repository............

So this MR contains the latest 1.3.0 version, as it is available on the Toolshed.

It mainly is about changing the deprecated "data_column" parameter type of the "class_col" column and adding a test.

To note, this is the last version of the tool hat will be hosted here, as there is currently a PR to add a new version in the tools-metabolomics GitHub repository: https://github.com/workflow4metabolomics/tools-metabolomics/pull/304
